Fayth Hospitality Group, LLC (FHG) was formed in 2018 to continue the hotel investment efforts of a group of family offices.  The two principals are Randy Churchey and Greg Fay, who have each been in the hotel business for over 20 years.  Together Greg and Randy have extensive experience in all aspects of the lodging business, including  ground-up development, acquisition, hotel property management and investment management.  

 FHG opportunistically invests in select and compact full-service hotels located in the continental United States.  We develop or acquire hotels in markets and locations near multiple demand generators.  We have experience in identifying and building hotels located in Opportunity Zones.  For acquisitions, we focus on hotels with an up-branding opportunity, under-managed hotels or hotels needing targeted capital investment.  We are currently evaluating developments and acquisitions in Denver, CO, Tucson, AZ, and Phoenix, AZ.
